Kotobukiya presents Kazuma Kuwabara from the legendary Yu Yu Hakusho series as part of their ARTFX J lineup. This 1/8 scale figure captures the self-proclaimed eternal rival of Yusuke Urameshi in his special outfit from the Dark Martial Arts Tournament finals, complete with the iconic "health first" kanji written on the back of his suit. Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in the 1990s by Yoshihiro Togashi, Yu Yu Hakusho follows Yusuke Urameshi, a delinquent turned Spirit Detective, and his allies as they battle demons and compete in deadly tournaments. Kuwabara starts as Yusuke's toughest rival but becomes one of his most loyal friends, fighting alongside him through the Dark Tournament and beyond with his unique Spirit Sword ability. Standing approximately 215mm tall, the figure is sculpted by Hiroshi Sagae and crafted from ABS and PVC. Kuwabara's signature Spirit Sword is rendered in clear plastic and is removable. The base is designed to connect with other ARTFX J Yu Yu Hakusho figures, including Yusuke, Hiei, and Kurama, allowing collectors to display the full team together.
