Nin-Nin Game is a real Osaka exporter. The figures are real. The invoice fight is also real.
r/AnimeFigures asked if they were good. People got their orders. They also got extra shipping bills because checkout was an estimate, then a second invoice. A later US shipping thread is the same mess with tariff-era DHL. Support tickets that close too early show up in more than one thread, plus ID checks on card payments.
Trustpilot is much kinder, about 4.7 from a few thousand signed reviews. That is a bigger pile than Reddit, and it is also a site shops reply on. MyFigureCollection has about a hundred shop reviews. Recent scores there are mixed and often low. Those comments still mention surprise shipping weight.

Nin-Nin Game is a French shop that stocks Japanese figures and ships from Europe. That matters if you are trying to dodge a trans-Pacific EMS bill or a surprise VAT hit on a Japan invoice. Pre-orders open on their site in euro. Release months still follow the Japanese factory, so a slipped Good Smile date slips here too. English on the site is usable. Support replies in a mix of English and French. They are a retailer, not a second-hand floor. You are buying new boxed goods. Shipping inside the EU is the reason people stay. Outside the EU you are back to international rates and your own customs. Packing is shop-standard: outer carton, fill, manufacturer's box. They are smaller than AmiAmi, so a hot exclusive can sell out while AmiAmi still shows pre-order. Use them when euro pricing plus EU delivery beats a yen cart plus EMS. Do not treat the logo as a clone of AmiAmi. The warehouse, the currency, and the delay pattern are different, and that is what a review here should capture.
