Kurama is one of the most popular characters from Yu Yu Hakusho, a series created by Yoshihiro Togashi and serialized in Shueisha's Jump Comics from 1990 to 1994. Originally a fox demon spirit thief who fused with a human embryo to survive, Kurama fights alongside Yusuke Urameshi as part of the team defending the human world.
