Kadokawa releases a 1/7 scale figure of Tokonome Mamori from Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid. The figure stands approximately 200mm tall and is constructed from ABS and PVC materials. Valkyrie Drive: Mermaid is set on an isolated island where girls carrying a mysterious virus known as the A-Virus are sent. These girls are divided into Extars, who can transform into weapons, and Liberators, who wield them. Tokonome Mamori is one of the main characters, an innocent and good-natured girl who arrives on Mermaid Island after being identified as a carrier. She becomes the partner of Mirei Shikishima, a skilled Liberator, and together they form a powerful bond. Mamori's Extar transformation is a large curved sword, though she later develops the ability to transform into a double-bladed spear through the Valkyrie Effect. Despite her gentle personality, Mamori displays remarkable bravery and selflessness, often putting herself in danger to protect others. This figure captures Mamori's youthful and innocent appearance, reflecting her character design with her signature pigtail braids and cat clip.
