Good Smile Company's POP UP PARADE line features Hakurei Reimu from the Touhou Project series. This non-scale painted plastic figure stands approximately 165mm tall and includes a display stand, sculpted by Kazunori Higuchi (Phizz) with paintwork by Yotaro Taniguchi. Hakurei Reimu is the main protagonist of the Touhou Project, a beloved series of bullet-hell shooters created by the solo developer group Team Shanghai Alice. Reimu is the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, tasked with maintaining the barrier between the human world and Gensokyo, a sealed realm where yokai and other supernatural beings reside. Known for her laid-back attitude and straightforward approach to problem-solving, Reimu frequently resolves incidents that threaten the balance of Gensokyo, often by defeating those responsible in spell card duels. Her iconic red and white miko outfit and Yin-Yang Orb are instantly recognizable symbols of the franchise. Released in June 2022 with a price of ¥3,900, this figure is made of ABS and PVC.
