Solarain presents a 1/7 scale figure of Hakurei Reimu from the Touhou Project series in the Wonderful Shrine Maiden of Paradise version. This figure depicts the series' main character posed atop torii gates, resolving anomalies in the land of Gensokyo with a sharp gaze visible beneath her fox mask. Reimu Hakurei is the protagonist of the Touhou Project, a beloved doujin game series set in the isolated realm of Gensokyo. As the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, Reimu is tasked with maintaining the balance between the human and youkai worlds, frequently investigating and resolving incidents that threaten the peace. Her character is defined by a laid-back attitude paired with formidable spiritual power, making her both relatable and formidable. The diorama-style base features a water surface and torii gates reminiscent of Gensokyo, while the slits in her skirt and surrounding holy items add visual detail. The figure stands approximately 280mm including the base and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by NaiMA with paintwork by Solarain, distributed by Good Smile Company, and released in June 2024.
