He is the youngest master swordsman to become a captain of the Kingdom of Seinegald and the master of the Swordian of Earth, Chaltier. Despite his cold exterior, he opens up only to Marian, a maid in Hugo Gilchrist's household. Leon's tragic backstory reveals that his father Hugo, consumed by the soul of Kronos within the Swordian Berselius, killed Leon's mother Chris and trained Leon to be a cold-hearted warrior under threat to Marian's life. Leon also has an older sister, Rutee Katrea, whom he pretends not to know when they cross paths during the hunt for the Eye of Atamoni.
