This figure brings to life one of the most intriguing characters from the Trigger-produced anime. SSSS.Gridman is a 2018 anime produced by Studio Trigger that reimagines Tsuburaya Productions' Gridman the Hyper Agent. The series follows Yuuta Hibiki, who awakens with amnesia and discovers he can fuse with Gridman to fight kaiju threatening the city. Shinjou Akane is a classmate who appears friendly and popular, but is later revealed to be the creator of the kaiju attacking the city, making her one of the most complex antagonists in recent anime. Her character explores themes of loneliness, godhood, and the desire for control, as she secretly manipulates the world around her while maintaining a cheerful facade. The Nendoroid captures her dual nature through interchangeable expressions. This Nendoroid stands approximately 100mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Sculpted by Miden and JUN (E.V.) with cooperation from Nendoron, the figure was released in July 2019 and includes a display stand.
