Good Smile Company's Pop Up Parade line welcomes Rin from Sengoku Otogizoushi: InuYasha, bringing the beloved character to collectors in an accessible format. The Pop Up Parade series is known for delivering quality figures at reasonable sizes and price points. InuYasha, created by Rumiko Takahashi, is set in Japan's feudal Sengoku period where the half-demon Inuyasha and modern-day schoolgirl Kagome Higurashi journey to collect the shattered fragments of the sacred Shikon Jewel. Rin is a young orphan girl whom the powerful dog-demon Sesshomaru resurrected using his Tenseiga sword. This act sparked one of the series' most enduring relationships, as the stoic Sesshomaru gradually developed paternal affection for the cheerful, loyal Rin, who follows him across their travels. This figure stands approximately 110mm tall and was sculpted by Yoshino Kazuhiko and Namoji. It is part of the Pop Up Parade collection, which also featured Sesshomaru as a companion release.
