Sekai Seifuku ~ Bouryaku no Zvezda is an anime series following Asuta Jimon, a runaway who encounters a small girl collapsed beside her tricycle. She invites him to join her organization, and desperate for shelter, he accepts, taking the nickname Dva. The girl is Kate Hoshimiya, leader of Zvezda, a secret organization dedicated to world conquest. Zvezda's eccentric members include a former gangster, a samurai-like vanguard, a troublemaker, a tech genius, and a multi-purpose robot, all working together against White Light, a powerful justice organization, and the Japanese government. Kate's childlike appearance belies her grand ambitions and mysterious powers, making her a compelling and unusual protagonist in this offbeat conquest story.
