Bandai Spirits introduces Hello Kitty as part of their Mofamofy line, a collection that brings Sanrio Characters to life with a soft, textured aesthetic. Standing at 90mm tall, this figure reimagines the iconic character in a fluffy, tactile style that emphasizes cuteness and comfort. Hello Kitty, created by Sanrio in 1974, is one of the most recognizable characters in the world. The white bobtail cat with a red bow has appeared across an enormous range of merchandise and media, becoming a global symbol of kawaii culture. Sanrio Characters as a brand encompasses a family of beloved mascots including Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, and others, each with their own personalities and stories. The Mofamofy line applies a unique fuzzy-textured treatment to these characters, giving them a plush-like appearance in figure form. This figure stands approximately 90mm tall and is constructed from ABS, Nylon, and PVC materials.
