This collectible brings the iconic spacecraft from the beloved arcade game into three-dimensional form for fans of the franchise. The R-9A Arrow-Head is the flagship model of the R-Type series, debuting in the original 1987 arcade game. Developed as a mass production fighter for the Earth Civilization Bloc, it was the first craft to integrate the Standard Wave Cannon and the Force device. Measuring 16.2 meters in length with a crew of two, the R-9A served as the primary fighter against the Bydo, a mysterious biological threat in the Solar System. Its design established the foundational elements of the series, including Bit Devices and the iconic Force attachment. The figure stands approximately 215mm tall and is crafted from ABS and polyurethane materials. It was sculpted by Iseya Hiroshi, faithfully recreating the spacecraft's distinctive angular design and armaments.
