MegaHouse's Variable Action Heroes line presents Roronoa Zoro in his Past Blue version from One Piece, standing approximately 180mm tall and made from ABS and PVC. Released in late July 2017, the figure was priced at 8,500 JPY as part of the PAST BLUE series celebrating One Piece's 20th anniversary. Roronoa Zoro is the swordsman of the Straw Hat Pirates and the first crew member to join Luffy's journey to become King of the Pirates. Known for his three-sword fighting style and unwavering ambition to become the world's greatest swordsman, Zoro is one of the series' most beloved characters. This Past Blue figure specifically depicts Zoro as he appeared before the two-year time skip, wearing his iconic white shirt and green haramaki that defined his pre-timeskip look. The figure includes all three of Zoro's swords — Wado Ichimonji, Sandai Kitetsu, and Yubashiri — which can be equipped for dynamic action poses. Four interchangeable face plates and a swappable bandanna allow for recreating various scenes. The first edition also included two additional face plates and a sound effect sheet to enhance the display atmosphere.
