MegaHouse introduces Monkey D. Luffy in his Gear 5 form as part of the popular Look Up figure series. Standing approximately 110mm tall, this pre-painted figure captures Luffy in a sitting pose looking upward, designed to be displayed at eye level so the character always appears to be gazing directly at you. One Piece follows Luffy's journey to become the King of the Pirates. Gear 5 represents the awakening of Luffy's Devil Fruit power, the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, which grants him cartoon-like freedom over his body and surroundings. This form, first revealed during the Wano Country arc, embodies the mythical nature of the Sun God Nika and has become one of the most celebrated transformations in the series. The Look Up series features figures with neck joints that allow the head to always face the viewer. Released in March 2024 alongside a companion Yamato figure in the same series, the two are designed to be displayed together. The figure retails at approximately 4,400 yen including tax in Japan.
