It was released in January 2013 at a retail price of 7,200 JPY with the product code 4535123713613. Monkey D. Garp is a legendary Marine vice admiral in One Piece, known as the Hero of the Marines for his past exploits. He is the grandfather of series protagonist Monkey D. Luffy and the father of revolutionary leader Monkey D. Dragon. Despite his Marine affiliation, Garp has a complex relationship with his family and is known for his formidable strength, often choosing to throw cannonballs rather than use a Devil Fruit power. The Ver. 0 designation represents Garp at a younger age, and reviewers have noted that MegaHouse captured this depiction exceptionally well, making it a standout among the limited figures of Garp available to collectors.
