NieR: Automata - Pod 153 - YoRHa No. 9 Type S - DX Edition (Flare, Square Enix)Pod 153, YoRHa No. 9 Type S · Flare

Flare and Square Enix collaborate on this DX Edition figure of YoRHa No. 9 Type S, also known as 9S, from the critically acclaimed action RPG NieR: Automata. This release includes the character's companion unit, Pod 153, as part of the deluxe package. In NieR: Automata, 9S is a YoRHa scanner-type android designed for reconnaissance and intelligence gathering. Unlike the combat-focused 2B, 9S excels at hacking and analysis, but his curiosity and emotional depth set him apart from other units. Throughout the game's haunting narrative set in a post-apocalyptic world where androids battle machine lifeforms, 9S's character arc explores themes of consciousness, grief, and identity, making him one of the most memorable characters in the title. Standing at approximately 270mm tall and crafted from ABS and PVC, this DX Edition figure features sculpting work by Yoshida Akihiko, Yoshizawa Mitsumasa, Higashi Takayuki, and Matsumoto Fumihiro, delivering an impressive level of detail for collectors.
