Good Smile Arts Shanghai, in collaboration with Good Smile Company, releases Mikoto Mikoshiba from the romantic comedy series Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun as a Nendoroid figure. Standing approximately 100mm tall, this figure captures the character in the signature chibi Nendoroid style with interchangeable parts and accessories. Mikoto Mikoshiba is a classmate and friend of Chiyo Sakura and Umetarou Nozaki in Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun, a series that follows the daily lives of high school students involved in the creation of a shoujo manga. Known by his nickname Mikorin, he is strikingly handsome and popular with the girls at school, yet secretly a shy otaku who draws female characters for Nozaki's manga under the pen name Mamiko. His tendency to make bold, confident statements only to become immediately embarrassed by his own words is one of the series' most enduring running gags. The Nendoroid was produced with cooperation from Nendoron and features the expressive, customizable design that has made the Nendoroid line a staple of anime figure collecting.
