Metroid Prime 3: Corruption follows Samus Aran as she battles the spread of Phazon corruption across multiple planets. Infected by Dark Samus with Phazon, Samus must manage the corruption threatening to overtake her while completing her mission to stop the Space Pirates. The game is notable for its first-person adventure gameplay and the tension between using Samus's new Phazon abilities and the risk of becoming fully corrupted.
