This 1/6 scale figure of Riko from Made in Abyss is manufactured by Chara-Ani and distributed by Good Smile Company. The figure depicts the young explorer in a dynamic floating and jumping pose, suspended on a metal rod that gives the impression of mid-air movement. Riko is the protagonist of Made in Abyss, a series following her quest to descend into the massive, mysterious Abyss in search of her mother, the legendary White Whistle Lyza. As an orphan living in the town of Orth at the edge of the Abyss, Riko dreams of becoming a Cave Raider like her mother. Her journey begins in earnest after she discovers Reg, a robot boy with mysterious origins, and together they brave the Abyss's deadly layers and the Curse that afflicts all who attempt to ascend. Sculpted by Onda and Otsuaki, the figure stands approximately 210mm tall and is constructed from ABS and PVC. Released in July 2019, it features a durable design that collectors have praised for both its charming pose and sturdy construction.
