Kyoushouku Soukou Guyver, also known as The Guyver or Bio-Booster Armor Guyver, is a sci-fi action series about Sho Fukamachi, a normal high school student who discovers a mysterious unit that transforms him into the Guyver, a powerful bio-boosted armored warrior. The Guyver armor enhances the wearer with incredible strength, speed, and weapons including the Mega-Smasher and high-frequency swords. Sho must battle the Chronos Corporation, an organization that creates monstrous bio-weapons called Zoanoids. The figma line later released an Ultimate Edition of Guyver I as part of figma's 15th anniversary, demonstrating the enduring popularity of the character design. Sculpted by Asai (APSY) Masaki, the figure was originally priced at 4,815 JPY.
