As one of the Generation of Miracles, Midorima is a key character from the basketball anime and manga series Kuroko no Basket. Midorima Shintarou is the shooting guard of Shutoku High's basketball team and a former member of the legendary Generation of Miracles at Teiko Middle School. Known for his unwavering dedication to practice and his signature three-point shots that never miss, Midorima is a fierce competitor. He is also famously superstitious, always carrying his lucky item of the day as recommended by Oha Asa horoscopes, and taping his fingers during games. His rivalry and respect for his former teammates, particularly Kuroko, drive much of his character development throughout the series.
