Orange Rouge brings Shinya Kougami from the Psycho-Pass Sinners of the System film trilogy to life as Nendoroid #1066. This chibi-style articulated figure captures the enforcer in his appearance from the SS storyline, offering fans a compact and expressive take on the beloved character. Shinya Kougami is a former Inspector turned Enforcer in the Public Safety Bureau's Criminal Investigation Division, operating within a dystopian society governed by the Sybil System and its crime coefficient readings. The Sinners of the System films explore standalone cases within this universe, and Kougami's journey through these stories further examines his complex relationship with justice, his pursuit of Shogo Makishima's legacy, and his ongoing struggle against a system that defines human worth through numerical psycho-pass readings. The figure stands approximately 100mm tall and is made from painted ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by Shichibee with cooperation from Nendoron, and released in July 2019. An articulated stand is included, and the figure features interchangeable face plates and accessories to recreate various poses and expressions.
