MegaHouse's Gundam Girls Generation series welcomes Christina Mackenzie from Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket. Titled "INTO THE SKY," this figure celebrates the 35th anniversary of the beloved OVA series. Christina Mackenzie is a test pilot for the Earth Federation's mobile suit development program at the Libot colony. Set during the final days of the One Year War, Gundam 0080 tells the story through the eyes of a young boy named Al, who befriends a Zeon pilot named Bernie while unknowingly interacting with Christina, the pilot of the prototype Gundam NT-1 Alex. The series is renowned for its intimate, character-driven narrative that contrasts with the grand scale of the broader Gundam conflict, and Christina's role as both a capable pilot and a gentle presence forms a key emotional thread. Standing approximately 170mm tall, this pre-painted ABS and PVC figure is based on the iconic cover illustration from Haruhiko Mikimoto's Gundam Artbook INTO THE SKY. The figure was meticulously supervised by Mikimoto himself, with sculpting by Ekoshi and Inui, ensuring faithful reproduction of the original artwork. It is scheduled for release in March 2025.
