From Good Smile Company comes this 1/8 scale figure of Phosphophyllite from Land of the Lustrous (Houseki no Kuni), depicting the character during the Ventricosus arc. Phos, the youngest and weakest of the twenty-eight Lustrous with a mere hardness of 3.5, was deemed too brittle for battle and assigned to compile a natural history encyclopedia — a task they approached with immaturity and reluctance. This figure captures Phos during a pivotal turning point in their journey. After being attacked by Ventricosus, a large snail-like creature, Phos unexpectedly befriends their attacker. Together they travel to the ocean, where Phos learns long-buried truths about the past and the nature of the Lunarians who endlessly invade from the Moon to harvest the gems' bodies. This arc marks the beginning of Phos's gradual transformation, as they begin losing limbs and memories that are replaced with other minerals, shifting their personality and perspective in profound ways. The figure stands approximately 250mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by Iwanaga Sakurako and Hirose Hiroyuki, faithfully recreating the distinctive crystalline aesthetic that defines the series' striking visual style.
