Hobby Max presents Fujiwara no Sai from Hikaru no Go as a 1/7 scale figure. Sai is the spirit of a Go prodigy from the Heian period who was one of two Go instructors to the Emperor. After being falsely accused of cheating by his rival and banished from the capital, Sai drowned himself in despair. His soul became trapped in a Goban, and centuries later he was released, first possessing the Go player Honinbou Shuusaku and later residing within young Hikaru Shindo. Sai is an extremely emotional person who often acts childish, but his demeanor changes completely during serious Go matches. His obsessive love for the game and his quest to play the divine "Hand of God" drive much of the series' narrative. This 1/7 scale figure stands approximately 230mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC materials. Manufactured by Hobby Max, it captures Sai's elegant Heian-era appearance and ethereal presence.
