Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ line brings the Penguin from the Gotham television series to collectors in 1/10 scale. Standing approximately 180mm tall, this PVC and ABS figure captures Oswald Cobblepot in his dapper yet deadly persona. The Gotham TV series explores the origin stories of Batman's most notorious villains, following a young James Gordon as he navigates the corrupt city. Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, known as the Penguin, begins as a low-level enforcer for Fish Mooney before rising through the criminal underworld through cunning, ambition, and ruthless calculation.
