MegaHouse introduces the Desktop Astrea series with Saber/Altria Pendragon from Fate/Grand Order as its inaugural release. This figure stands approximately 140mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC materials, with sculpting contributions from Kaiya Hajime, BLADE, and Monoris. It was released in September 2019. The Desktop Astrea series is a collection of chibi figures based on the original Desktop Army illustrations by artist BLADE. Altria Pendragon, also known as Saber, is one of the most iconic characters in the Fate franchise, serving as a Servant in the Holy Grail War. In Fate/Grand Order, she appears as one of the many variations of the King Arthur character, wielding her legendary sword Excalibur. The series' narrative involves Chaldea attempting to correct distortions in human history, with Servants like Saber being summoned to fight alongside the protagonist. The figure condenses BLADE's illustration details into a compact chibi form, designed to be the perfect size for display on a desk during work or gaming. A stand is included with the painted figure.
