Good Smile Company brings Ayanami Rei from Evangelion Shin Gekijouban: Ha to life as a Nendoroid in her Plugsuit Ver. This chibi-style articulated figure captures the iconic Eva pilot in her signature plugsuit, complete with interchangeable face plates and optional accessories. Rei Ayanami is the enigmatic First Child and pilot of Evangelion Unit-00 in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. Known for her quiet, emotionally reserved demeanor and pale blue hair, Rei remains one of the most recognizable characters in the franchise. In the Shin Gekijouban storyline, her relationship with Shinji Ikari develops differently from the original series, showing a warmer side as she attempts to understand human connection. The plugsuit version reflects her combat-ready appearance during NERV operations against the Angels. The Nendoroid stands approximately 100mm tall and includes three face plates: a serious expression, a surprised face, and a smiling face. Optional parts include a glasses case and additional accessories for various poses. The figure was sculpted by Dogu with production cooperation from Nendoron, and is scheduled for release in July 2025.
