This release depicts the Mental Model of the Fog heavy cruiser Takao in a naval-inspired outfit, capturing her distinctive character design in detailed form. Aoki Hagane no Arpeggio: Ars Nova is an anime series blending action and drama, set in a world where humanity's naval forces have been decimated by the Fleet of Fog, a mysterious armada of warships with sentient Mental Models that take human form. Takao is one such Mental Model who initially serves as an antagonist but develops a complex relationship with the series protagonist, eventually choosing to ally with humanity. Her character arc explores themes of identity and loyalty as she grapples with her purpose beyond her role as a weapon of the Fog. The figure stands approximately 200mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by Shima and Itsukaichi Ayumu, with a release date in August 2020.
