MegaHouse's Excellent Model line presents Liko from the anime series Active Raid: Kidou Kyoushuushitsu Daihachigakari. Produced by Production IMS with chief director Gorō Taniguchi, the series aired in two cours beginning January 2016. Active Raid is set in a near-future world where advanced technology known as ACTIVE (Armored Combined Tactical Intelligence Vanguard Elements) is used by police forces to combat serious crime. Officers deploy powered armor mobile suits called Will Wears, with the story focusing on Unit 8, a police squad authorized to use the ACTIVE system. Unit 8 has developed a poor reputation within the police force and public media due to the collateral damage they inflict on city infrastructure during operations. This Excellent Model figure of Liko stands approximately 200mm tall and is sculpted from MABS and PVC. The figure was sculpted by Tc and Roin, capturing the character's design from the series' near-future technological setting.
