SSSS.Gridman is a 2018 anime series that serves as a reimagining of the 1990s tokusatsu series Gridman the Hyper Agent, produced by Studio Trigger. Rikka Takarada is one of the main characters of the series, a high school student who becomes involved in the battle against Kaiju that appear in the city of Tsutsujidai. Alongside her friends Yuta Hibiki and Shou Utsumi, Rikka supports Gridman's fight against the monsters threatening their world. She is known for her grounded personality and her connection to the mysterious events unfolding around her, as well as her distinctive character design that made her a fan favorite.
