Shana is a Flame Haze who made a contract with the crimson lord Alastor, gaining eternal life in exchange for hunting Crimson Denizens. Initially focused solely on her duty, she was known only by her title "Flame-Haired Burning-Eyed Hunter" and wielded the nodachi Nietono no Shana. Yuji Sakai named her "Shana" after her sword, and she gradually opened up to him, eventually developing deep feelings. She's known for her catchphrase "Urusai! Urusai!
