The One Piece Akagami no Shanks Portrait of Pirates DX figure is a 1/8 scale PVC release from MegaHouse, depicting the legendary Red-Haired pirate from Eiichiro Oda's long-running series. Part of the esteemed Portrait of Pirates DX line, this figure captures one of the most influential characters in the One Piece world. Shanks, also known as Red-Haired Shanks, is the captain of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the Four Emperors who rule over the New World. He is the pirate who inspired series protagonist Monkey D. Luffy to set out to sea, having given Luffy his signature straw hat as a promise that they would meet again once Luffy became a great pirate. Despite his laid-back personality, Shanks is one of the most powerful figures in the One Piece world, capable of stopping the Summit War with his mere presence. Standing approximately 250mm tall, the figure is sculpted by Ishiyama Yuuki from PVC material. It retailed for ¥9,500 as part of MegaHouse's premium Portrait of Pirates collection.
