Square Enix brings Kaine from NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... to their Play Arts Kai figure line. NieR Replicant is an updated release of the 2010 action RPG set in a dying world where the protagonist Nier searches for a cure for his sister Yonah's illness. Kaine is a fierce warrior who accompanies Nier on his journey, bearing the burden of being half-Shade—a creature born from the darkness threatening humanity. Her tragic backstory and abrasive exterior conceal deep emotional vulnerability. This figure depicts Kaine in her distinctive outfit alongside Shiro no Sho (the White Book), one of the sentient grimoires that serve as companions and guides throughout the game. The Play Arts Kai treatment emphasizes her dynamic character design with detailed sculpting and paintwork. The figure stands approximately 257mm tall and is constructed from ABS and PVC materials. It retailed for 18,800 JPY with product code 4988601363792 and was released in May 2023.
