Koumajou Densetsu: Akeiro no Koukyoukyoku is a Touhou Project derivative work that reimagines characters from the beloved doujin franchise in a gothic horror setting inspired by Castlevania. Remilia Scarlet, the vampire mistress of the Scarlet Devil Mansion from Touhou Project, takes on a prominent role in this alternate interpretation. In the original Touhou lore, Remilia is a powerful vampire who claims descent from Vlad Tepes and rules over the Scarlet Devil Mansion with her servant Sakuya Izayoi and sister Flandre. The Koumajou Densetsu version emphasizes the darker, more gothic aspects of her character. The figure was sculpted by Banpai Akira, Sec.C.Noin, and Ei, and captures Remilia in her Koumajou Densetsu attire, reflecting the gothic aesthetic that defines this particular interpretation of the Touhou universe.
