Kotobukiya's Cu-Poche line features Hibiki from Kantai Collection ~KanColle~, bringing the popular browser game's destroyer ship girl to collectors in a compact, posable format. Kantai Collection is a browser game where World War II naval vessels are personified as young women known as fleet girls. Hibiki represents the Imperial Japanese Navy destroyer Hibiki, a member of the Akatsuki-class destroyers. In the game, she is characterized by her quiet, composed demeanor and distinctive Russian-influenced design elements, reflecting the real ship's history. The actual Hibiki was one of the few Japanese destroyers to survive WWII and was later transferred to the Soviet Union, where she was renamed Verniy, a detail reflected in the game through Hibiki's Kai Ni remodel form. Sculpted by Ming-Chi Chiu and BTA, the figure stands 120mm tall and is made from ABS, Magnet, POM, and PVC materials. The Cu-Poche line features magnetic feet for stable posing on included base plates. It retailed for 4,800 JPY.
