Stone Ocean follows Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of series veteran Jotaro Kujo, as she fights to survive within Green Dolphin Street Prison while confronting the priest Enrico Pucci. Weather Report is a fellow inmate who becomes a key ally to Jolyne. His Stand, also named Weather Report, grants him the ability to manipulate weather and atmospheric conditions, making him one of the most powerful characters in the arc. A second release of this figure was offered in October 2022 with a May 2023 release date. The figure stands approximately 165mm tall and is constructed from ABS, nylon, and PVC materials.
