Good Smile Company's Nendoroid #392 depicts the Iron Patriot from Iron Man 3 in the Hero's Edition. Standing approximately 100mm tall and made from ABS and PVC, this figure was sculpted by Nendoron and Matsumura Engineering, with a retail price of 7,616 JPY. Iron Man 3 features the Iron Patriot armor, a repainted version of the War Machine suit used by Lieutenant James "Rhodey" Rhodes. In the film, the Iron Patriot identity is created as a more patriotic rebranding of War Machine, and Rhodey uses the suit during a period when Tony Stark faces the threat of the Mandarin and Extremis soldiers. The armor retains the heavy weaponry of War Machine while adopting a red, white, and blue color scheme. This Nendoroid Hero's Edition features fully articulated construction with a metallic appearance, an openable mask revealing Rhodey's face, and a shoulder-mounted gun that can be attached to either side. The sculpting team paid special attention to Rhodey's facial features, adjusting the nose and lip proportions to balance realism with the chibi Nendoroid design.
