Tokyo卍Revengers follows Takemichi Hanagaki, who travels back in time to prevent tragedies and change the fate of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Inui Seishuu, also known as Inupi, is a key figure in the series' complex gang hierarchy. He is a former member of the Black Dragon, one of the most powerful and feared delinquent organizations, and later becomes involved with Tenjiku.
