Born to Kanae Kanzaki and Sherlock Holmes III in England, she earned the title of "Quadra" and holds the status of Dame in British nobility. Despite being 16 years old, she has a childlike body standing at 142cm due to a Hidan bullet containing Hihiirokane embedded in her body, which delayed her physical growth. The bullet also changed her originally blonde hair and blue eyes to pink and scarlet. She wishes to recruit Kinji Tohyama as her partner to defeat the IU and exonerate her mother.
