FREEing, in collaboration with Max Factory and Union Creative International Ltd, presents figma SP-107 from The Table Museum series: Yurei-zu. This special figma release brings a subject from Japanese art history into the popular articulated figure line. The Table Museum is a figma sub-line that transforms famous artworks and cultural artifacts into poseable figures. Previous entries in the series include David (SP-066) and Tutankhamun (SP-145DX). Yurei-zu refers to ghost paintings, a subject within Japanese art depicting supernatural apparitions. The line combines art appreciation with the posability and accessory options that figma collectors expect, making cultural artifacts interactive. The figure stands approximately 150mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. It was sculpted by Ishibashi Tatsuya and Maruyama Oukyo, and retailed for 7,500 JPY with product code 4570001513992. The release date is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
