Kotobukiya's ARTFX+ line presents Damian Wayne as Robin from DC Comics' New 52 continuity. This 1/10 scale figure stands approximately 160mm tall (just under 6.5 inches), is made from ABS, PVC, and magnet materials, and was sculpted by Atelier Bamboo (Goutaro Takeuchi). Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne (Batman) and Talia al Ghul, daughter of the villain Ra's al Ghul. Raised by the League of Assassins, Damian was trained as a warrior from birth and initially struggled with his father's no-killing rule. In the New 52 continuity, Damian takes on the mantle of Robin, joining his father in Gotham City as the latest in a line of Robins that includes Dick Grayson, Jason Todd, and Tim Drake. His arrogant, headstrong personality often clashes with Batman's methods, but he gradually grows into a more compassionate hero. Like all ARTFX+ statues, the figure features magnets in its feet for stability on the included base. The New 52 design gives Damian a modern, armored Robin costume that reflects the relaunched DC Universe aesthetic.
