Bandai's Ultra Hero Series introduces Ultraman Dinas from the film Ultraman Decker Finale: Journey to Beyond, an exclusive addition to the long-running tokusatsu figure line. In the Ultraman Decker Finale film, Kanata Asumi has already bid farewell to Decker and lost his ability to transform after the battle against the Sphere. A year later, a new threat forces GUTS-Select into action once more. Dinas, a Ravian character, somehow comes into possession of the Ultra D Flasher that Kanata had given up. She uses the Dinas card to transform into Ultraman Dinas. Unlike traditional Ultramen, Dinas is not a natural fighter, as combat is not the Ravian's strong suit. Instead, her unique strength lies in utilizing Kaiju cards that allow her to mimic the abilities of various kaiju, making her a distinctive and unconventional Ultra hero.
