Ultraman 80 aired in 1980 and followed Takeshi Yamato, a teacher who secretly transforms into Ultraman 80 to protect Earth from kaiju threats. Yullian is a significant character in the series as the princess of the Land of Light in Nebula M78, making her one of the few female Ultra Warriors in the franchise's history. She comes to Earth and takes on the human identity of Emi Jonouchi, working alongside Takeshi while concealing her own Ultra identity.
