Good Smile Company presents Kamen Rider from Shin Kamen Rider as part of the Shin Japan Hero Universe collection. Standing at approximately 300mm tall, this statue reimagines the iconic hero with premium materials and craftsmanship. Shin Kamen Rider is a 2023 film directed by Hideaki Anno that reimagines the original Kamen Rider story for a new era. The film retells the origin of Takeshi Hongo, a young man transformed into a cyborg by the evil organization SHOCKER, who escapes and uses his newfound powers to fight against his creators. As part of the Shin Japan Hero Universe project, this statue celebrates the film's distinctive visual style alongside other reimagined tokusatsu heroes. This figure stands approximately 300mm tall and is crafted from plastic, polystone, and polyurethane materials. It was sculpted by Takano Akihito, Seshiru, and Higashi Takayuki. The Shin Japan Hero Universe version is scheduled for release in October 2025, with purchases limited to three per person.
