Kadokawa releases a Nendoroid bundle featuring Oboro and Sally from Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu., also known as BOFURI. This set, numbered 1660 in the Nendoroid line, is sculpted by Shichibee and Nendoron. BOFURI follows Kaede Honjou, who under the username Maple, dives into the VRMMO NewWorld Online with a unique strategy: dumping every stat point into defense. Her friend Sally, whose real name is Risa Shiramine, is a skilled gamer who complements Maple's tank build with agile, high-damage play. Oboro is a summoned creature that Maple acquires in the game, adding to her unconventional and increasingly absurd arsenal of abilities. The series is beloved for its lighthearted take on MMO gaming culture. Each Nendoroid stands approximately 100mm tall and is made from ABS and PVC. Released on December 31, 2021, the bundle set also includes companion figures of Maple and Syrup for a complete BOFURI display.
