Kyoushouku Soukou Guyver, known as The Guyver in English, is a sci-fi action series following Sho Fukamachi, who bonds with an alien bio-armor unit called the Guyver. Guyver III is the identity of Agito Makishima, a complex anti-hero who also possesses a Guyver unit. Unlike Sho, Agito is ruthless and calculating, willing to use lethal force and pursue his own agenda against the Chronos Corporation, the secret organization that seeks to control humanity through zoanoid experiments. Guyver III's armor features a darker color scheme and additional weaponry compared to Guyver I, reflecting Agito's more aggressive combat philosophy and his willingness to cross moral lines that Sho refuses.
