The Kochou Shinobu 1/7 scale figure is a mail order limited edition collectible from Kimetsu no Yaiba, also known as Demon Slayer, produced by Aoshima under their Funny Knights line. Sculpted by Youhei and Nagumo Chizuru, the figure stands approximately 250mm tall and is made from ABS and ATBC-PVC materials. Kimetsu no Yaiba follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young boy whose family is slaughtered by a demon and whose sister Nezuko is transformed into one. He joins the Demon Slayer Corps to find a cure and avenge his family. Kochou Shinobu is the Insect Hashira, one of the elite pillars of the Demon Slayer Corps. Despite her gentle, smiling demeanor, she harbors deep anger toward demons for killing her sister. Shinobu is unique among the Hashira for using a thin, stinger-like Nichirin blade coated with wisteria poison rather than relying on raw strength to decapitate demons.
