About this figure
CCP's Hokuto Kyuukyoku Zoukei Series presents Fudou from the post-apocalyptic martial arts manga and anime Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star), created by Tetsuo Hara and Buronson and serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1983 to 1988. This Shokisetteiban (corrected edition) version refines the original release with updated sculpting details. Fist of the North Star is set in a barren, post-nuclear world where civilization has collapsed and the strong prey upon the weak. The story follows Kenshiro, the 64th successor of Hokuto Shin Ken, a devastating 1,800-year-old martial art that destroys opponents from within by striking vital pressure points. Fudou of the Mountains is a towering warrior who initially appears as a brutal bandit but undergoes a profound transformation after encountering Kenshiro. His character arc explores themes of redemption and the protective instinct awakened by the orphaned children he comes to care for, making him one of the series' more emotionally resonant figures. The figure stands approximately 265mm tall and is part of CCP's premium sculpting series dedicated to capturing the muscular, detailed art style of Tetsuo Hara's original character designs.
