Prime 1 Studio presents EVA-02 from Evangelion Shin Gekijouban as part of their Ultimate Diorama Masterline series. This polystone statue stands approximately 380mm tall and features a concept design by Josh Nizzi, offering a fresh artistic interpretation of the iconic Evangelion unit. Evangelion Unit-02, piloted by the fiery Asuka Langley Shikinami, is one of the most recognizable mecha designs in the Rebuild of Evangelion film series. As the Production Model, EVA-02 is distinguished by its red coloration, horned headpiece, and aggressive combat style. Throughout the Rebuild films, Unit-02 participates in some of the series' most intense battles, with Asuka's passionate piloting style matching the Eva's formidable capabilities. The concept design by Josh Nizzi brings a new mechanical aesthetic to the familiar Eva, blending the organic-meets-mechanical design language with a more industrial sensibility. The DX Bonus Version, limited to 300 pieces, includes a swappable horned head, two pairs of swappable shoulders (jetpack and pylon configurations), swappable right arms for the Thunder Spear in folded and deployed states, swappable left hands for the Palette Rifle and Progressive Knife, and a bonus hornless head. LED light-up features illuminate the eyes, chest, and jet nozzles. The statue weighs approximately 17.3 kg and is crafted from polystone with LED components.
